Cancellation Policy:
If the guest decides to cancel the tour for any reason, he/she must submit a written application to the company within the specified time frame, along with the original receipt issued by the Company. Such travel cancellations will incur cancellation charges as outlined below. The cancellation charges will be calculated on the Net Tour cost and will exclude GST; the charges will vary based on the date of departure and the date of cancellation. Cancellation charges for any mode of transport ticket will follow the rules of the respective authority. Please note that air tickets issued at special fares are non-refundable, and the guest will be responsible for cancellation charges. Any refund payable to the guest will be processed after the company receives the refund from the relevant authorities, with processing fees deducted from the total refund amount.
Registration Charges of Rs. 1000.00 are non-refundable.
Cancellation Charges:
- For cancellations made more than 60 days prior to departure: 55% or Rs. 5000/- per person, whichever is higher, plus the Registration amount.
- Days: 60 to 46 days: 55%.
- Days: 45 to 31 days: 75%.
- Days: 30 to 15 days: 80%.
- Days: 14 to 4 days: 90%.
- Days: 3 to 1 day: 100%. On the day of departure or during the tour: 100%.
Note:
Charges are based on the Net tour price and are exclusive of GST, not applicable to the discounted price. For an Indian tour, cancellation does not include air ticket cancellations, which will be charged separately. For tailor-made holidays, cancellation charges will vary depending on the services booked. All cancellation charges may differ from case to case.
In the event the company cancels a tour, any amount paid by the guest will be refunded within 15 working days via cheque, in Indian Currency, and no compensation will be additionally applicable. For any pre-booked services, such as cruises, the full price will be forfeited upon cancellation, regardless of the cancellation timing. For International tours where the Guest Visa has been processed, Visa charges will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded. The company holds no responsibility for any extra costs incurred regarding the issuance or cancellation of air tickets or any other arrangements made individually by guests. Alternatively, guests can opt for another tour suggestion provided by the Travel Advisor or utilize their tour amount for other services offered by the Company.
Refund Process:
- Refunds for variations, modifications, amendments, alterations, or cancellations of any tour will be paid directly to the guest via 'A/C payee' cheque, in Indian Rupees at the prevailing exchange rate on the date of the cheque, following Reserve Bank of India rules and regulations, regardless of whether the tour payments were made in foreign currency.
- Refunds, if due, will be processed based on applicable terms and conditions and will be interest-free. The company is not liable to pay any interest on refunded amounts.
- No refund will be issued for any missed or unused services, including meals, due to any reasons.
- Where a full deposit must be paid in advance to confirm reservations.
- If any services of the tour are modified, varied, amended, cancelled, or not utilized.
- If any guest is required to cancel the tour due to changes in government regulations.
- Where airfares are booked in bulk for I-Fly departures.
- If the tour is indefinitely postponed due to natural disasters, riots, political upheavals, or other unforeseen events.
- Refunds are not applicable for Indian/World tours involving non-refundable air tickets or where date changes aren’t allowed.
- For all card payments: any refunds will be credited back through the respective card's Financial Institutions and charged to the same card; transaction fees will be borne by the guests.
The Company reserves the right to:
- Accept bookings for both group tours and individual tours.
- Cancel bookings even after payment acceptance without any assigned reason. In such cases, the company will refund the payment made by the guest.
- Dismiss any guest from the tour for misbehavior affecting the group or for physical or verbal assault toward the Tour Manager.
- Withdraw discounts at any time.
- Change the routing of air travel.
- Change hotels and/or the tour program due to unavoidable circumstances.
